Ecom Cart Limited is an online retailer focused on affordable, useful and practical everyday products. We keep the catalog simple: household basics, kitchen accessories, desk gear, travel essentials, organization tools and personal-use items, priced so that solving a small everyday problem doesn't require a big purchase.
What we sell
Our catalog is organized around six categories — Home, Kitchen, Desk, Travel, Organization and Personal — covering the small, useful things that make a space work better: storage and organization pieces, kitchen accessories, desk and cable accessories, travel gear, and simple personal-use items.
How we choose products

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification once it ships.
Delivery timeframe
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of shipping, depending on your location. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee — carrier volume, weather and regional factors can occasionally extend delivery times.
Tracking
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package's progress.
Carrier delays
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is handled by the shipping carrier. Ecom Cart Limited is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, natural events or circumstances outside our control, though we're happy to help you follow up on a delayed shipment.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to reshipping charges.
Holidays
Processing and delivery times may be extended around major U.S. holidays due to higher order volume and reduced carrier availability.
Free shipping
Orders totaling $35 or more (pre-tax) ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $35 include a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
Returns & Refunds
30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be unused, in the condition you received them, and in original packaging where practical.
- A few product types — such as intimate-use personal items — may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons; any such exclusions are noted on the product page.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
How refunds work
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Non-returnable items
